Our system is designed to save you money. For example, if your 5-hour trip extends to 7 hours, we automatically upgrade you to the more cost-effective 10-hour package rate.
The quoted price covers the vehicle, fuel, and the professional service of our driver.
All Toll fees, Parking charges, and Entry Permits are separate and will be charged based on actuals at the end of your trip.

Good to Know for Outstation Trips
A minimum distance (as on the card) is charged per 12-hour duty period. The Driver BATA also covers this 12-hour period; extended service will incur a second BATA.
An additional fee is applicable for any travel between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
The price does not include Tolls, Parking fees, State Entry Permits, or Hill Station Charges. These must be paid directly by the customer.

The Driver BATA (Boarding, Travel, and Accommodation Allowance) covers the driver's food and lodging for one 12-hour duty period on outstation trips. If your travel time extends beyond 12 hours in a single day, a second BATA charge will apply to ensure our drivers are well-rested and safe.
No, our estimates do not include Toll fees, Parking charges, State Entry Permits, or Hill Station Charges. These costs are variable and will be charged based on the actual amount at the end of your trip to ensure complete transparency.
